Loosening Up Lakeside at the Library
Join us on the Buffalo Library lakeside patio as personal trainer, Dom Gilmer, from Fitness Evolution leads us through a 30 minute flexibility and core strengthening workout. Body weight exercises, core strengthening techniques that support back health, and dynamic stretches for improved flexibility will be the theme for the morning. Bottled water and lemonade will be provided after our workout. Bring a yoga mat or towel. Exercise videos and books will be available for check out. No registration required.
