Fermenting Veggies 101
Are you interested in learning how to ferment vegetables in a canning jar? Sauerkraut, cucumbers, carrots and other combinations of vegetables can easily be fermented. Not only will our instructor explain the fermentation process but the benefits to our health will also be covered. Recipes and library resources for getting started will be shared. Limit: 15.
