Residential Cleaning Specialist

Position: Part-Time Cleaning Specialist

Hours: 24 - 32 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Outstanding Customer Service:

    • Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.

    • Understand and meet the unique cleaning needs of each client.

    • Establish strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.  

    • Proactively address any client concerns.

    • Uphold a service-oriented mindset, always striving to exceed client expectations.

  • High Standard of Work: 

    • Perform cleaning tasks to the highest standards of quality, upholding the company value of dedicated attention to detail.

    • Deliver consistent results that reinforce trust with our clients. 

    • Identify and address specific client preferences and requirements.

    • Willingness to learn and grow.

  • Organization/Preparedness: 

    • Arrive to work with all necessary equipment and supplies, and all equipment is in proper working order and ready to go. 

    • Maintain supplies and equipment regularly to ensure proper working order. 

    • Prioritize tasks and effectively manage your time.

    • Arrive on time for each job, and if needed, communicate any deviation from this expectation to the appropriate parties promptly. 

  • Independence and Team Collaboration:

    • Work independently or with a team, depending on the needs of the day. 

    • Take initiative to identify and address cleaning needs without constant supervision.

    • Work harmoniously with team members to achieve collective goals.

    • Provide support to colleagues when needed.

  • Effective Communication:

    • Communicate effectively with clients - sharing any pertinent feedback about
      the job

    • Share all necessary feedback with your supervisor and colleagues, ensuring that the ‘loop of communication’ is closed. 

    • Actively contribute to, and use, the Asana and Slack platforms. 

    • Share insights and ideas to continuously improve our services.

Requirements: 

  • Valid drivers license

  • Have reliable transportation and vehicle insurance

  • Willing and able to work in homes with pets

  • Can be active and on your feet for long periods

  • Able to move in various positions (squat, kneel, bend)
