Spring Hat Contest

The Buffalo Community Center is hosting a "Spring Hat" contest. Create your own hat and let your imagination be your guide. Start with a store-bought hat or create totally from scratch. Not feeling creative? Come down and cast your vote for your favorite hat. Prizes for "Best Hat" and "Runner Up" will be given.
