Making Homemade Soup with Local Roots Food Co-op

Buffalo Food Shelf and Local Roots Food Coop are partnering together for a cozy night of soup making at Zion Lutheran Church. Come learn or be reminded how easy and versatile soups are to make. Ideas will be given as to how to tailor a recipe to your family’s tastes and what’s available in your pantry. Basic knife skills in a chopping an onion and carrot will be introduced. Doesn't matter your skill level, come join the conversation!
