Makeup for Tweens

Would you like to learn how to apply simple makeup?  This class will cover the basics of eyeshadow, blush, and skincare.  A small makeup kit will be provided to try out some of the techniques that will be covered.  Practice time will be included.  For ages 12-15.  Limit 10.  Registration required.  Sponsored by Friends of the Buffalo Library.
