Local Roots Class: Learn to Make Kimchi

Learn how to make Kimchi!  What's kimchi? Also spelled kimchee or gimchi, kimchi is a traditional fermented Korean side dish made of vegetables with a variety of seasonings. It's easy to make and really good for you!

Local Roots Food Co-op is hosting a class on making this dish on Thursday, Oct. 29, 5:30 - 6:30PM at the Buffalo Community Center. $10 registration require BUT Chamber Members & Local Roots Members get a $5 credit when they register & attend!
