Introduction to Yoga for Adults
Learn about the benefits of yoga which will include calming techniques and taking deep breaths for relaxation and health. Cat will teach us some simple yoga poses, and we will create a mindfulness jar to take home. For adults. Limit 12. Preregistration required. Sponsored by Friends of the Buffalo Library.
