This conference will be for anyone struggling with finding and keeping employees! Gee - that's everyone right!
Della Ludwig, Strategy Consultant for the Department of Economic Development will talk about workforce culture and innovative solutions to our difficult times plagued with limited employee candidates and the age of millennials. She will also speak to the hiring and training process of our staff.
Della has a Master's degree in Management and has extensive human resources and recruiting experience in several industries. We are excited she will spend some of her time and share her knowledge with us!
Tim Zipoy, Business Service Coordinator with the Central MN Jobs & Training Services (CMJTS) will share with us all the opportunities and options right here in our backyard (Monticello office) to help you grow your workforce and retain your top talent.
Tim has been with CMJTS for 26 years and has seen a lot of change! He focuses on workforce and economic development and collaboration with education. He serves on the WCEDP and Central MN Manufacturing Boards as well as his Kimball school board!
Both will share how our state and local labor market effects your business recruitment strategies. We will also hear about our local initiative called Workforce Pathways!
It's amazing how many options and programs there are out there for employers to access that we are unaware of. Let's get enlightened!
This is a must attend opportunity for companies of any size! Come away with tools to put in your hiring toolbox!!
