Bounce Back Project - Fall Session
Do you talk to yourself the same way you talk to someone you love? Are you afraid of saying the wrong thing so then just say nothing? Learn about why we do this and how to overcome it with compassion and empathy.
Also - if you have been part of the "Three Good Things" texting initiative, it is starting up again by Monday, October 15th. If not, text to 81010 @bounce2017 to get a nightly text message for two weeks, asking you to list the things that you were grateful for each day. It's a feel good thing that lasts for days! If you've never done it - give it a try!
