Basics of Vinyasa Series
Learn the basics of Vinyasa ( flowing) yoga. This is the perfect series for people who are completely new to yoga or who have had limited personal instruction. Vinyasa is a very physical form of yoga - great for strength training, weight loss, and relaxing. Six- week interactive class that allows for questions and modifications. Space is limited. Pre-registration required.
