Transition Trek - PRIDE Transitions

There's a Big Event Comin' Around The Corner~ Mark your calendars for TRANSITION TREK! 

The purpose of this event is to provide individuals with disabilities, their families, and the advocates an opportunity to connect with transition-based support resources.  This seminar is open to anyone in the public who is interested, including those living outside of Buffalo-Hanover-Montrose school district.  The event is to help individuals with disabilities to explore, ask questions and prepare!

We are looking for employers to talk about work opportunities.
