Palm Sunday Cantata

The Buffalo Presbyterian Church choir will share its annual Palm Sunday cantata during worship on Sunday, March 20.  This year’s cantata will introduce us to some of the individuals who had a role in the crucifixion.  The music and narration will lead us right up to the cross to experience the crucifixion as if we ourselves had grabbed a hammer and driven one of the nails into Jesus’ body.  Each person will be handed a nail as they enter the sanctuary as a symbol of our sins, the sins for which Christ was crucified.  Familiar hymns such as, Ah, Holy Jesus and How Deep the Father’s Love will be included.
