We all know that getting enough sleep is important, but for many of us this is a struggle. On Monday, March 14, Denise Jackson, Coordinator of the Buffalo Hospital Sleep Center, will be here to talk about the importance of sleep. She'll cover: what happens when we are sleep deprived, tips on how to get a good night's sleep and common sleep disorders. This is a free session but we ask that you call to register 763-682-6036.
