Community Health Foundation 16th Annual Golf Tournament
Community Health Foundation of Wright County invites you to golf in our 16th annual four person scramble benefiting Lakeside Oasis, end-of-life care at Lake Ridge Care Center. Registration includes 18 holes of golf, cart, dinner, drinks and fun. Silent auction will also be available.
