Quinoa…buckwheat…amaranth…teff…millet…we often hear how great ancient grains are for our body. But what do they actually look like, how to cook them, and most importantly what do they taste like? Our wellness expert, Janna Anderson, will share the knowledge about the history of the ancient grains, preparation techniques, advice on how and where to purchase the grains, and even a demo of putting together simple recipe involving one or more of the grains. And yes, you will get a taste!
