Join us for the eighth annual Buffalo Community Read. The title of this year's book is "Turn Here Sweet Corn: Organic Farming Works" by Atina Diffley. On Thursday, March 14, enjoy discussion at the Buffalo High School. Registration at the Front Lobby is 5:30-6:00 p.m. There will be small-group student led discussion meetings from 6:00-7:00 p.m., and a presentation by the author 7:00-8:00 p.m. This event is sponsored by Buffalo Public Library, Friends of Buffalo Public Library, Local Roots Co-op, and District 877. Funding in part is provided by the Clean Water Land and Legacy Amendment. Books will be available at the library and Buffalo Books. No registration is required and the event is recommended for teens and adults.
