DESCRIPTION:In the ongoing quest to provide members with quality training opportunities\, we bring you Naomi Mogard\, the Campus Director of Rasmussen College's Brooklyn Park/Maple Grove Campus.\n\n \n\nNaomi is currently completing her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and received her BA in Individual and Family Studies and Social Work.  She is currently in on the Board of the I-94 Chamber\, has been involved with the North Hennepin Chamber Gala and facilitates Emerging Leaders Programs for youth.  Her passion is to help develop "everyday" leaders within businesses and communities.  Her guiding understanding is that leadership is not about position or title\, but about influence.  \n\n \n\nIn this training you will learn tips to discover your own strengths and guide those around you to do the same.  Become a more effective leader by surrounding yourself with the right people and learn to maximize your teams.
