There will be a fraud liability shift from the credit card issuers to the merchant occurring on October 1st. Kelly will address the need for businesses to be ready to accept EMV cards at the Point of Sale.  Aaron Roberts from Elavon will also be on hand to address any questions or concerns from a vendor standpoint.
