SUMMARY:Buffalo Triathlon
DESCRIPTION:The Buffalo Triathlon is back in 2019! Sunday\, June 2 will mark the 15th year of the Buffalo Triathlon. The race is held at Sturges Park and begins at 9:00am with the swim. Bikers will exit Sturges Park and head south onto Hwy 25\, then onto Montrose Blvd. The bikers exit Montrose Blvd onto County Road 108\, travel on County Roads 9 and 109\, head back to Buffalo on CR 35W\, and complete the ride on Highway 25 to the finish at Sturges Park. The run\, which is the final leg of the triathlon\, takes place on Montrose Blvd and CR 12. Park Lane and 2nd Avenue South are the only two streets that will be closed. Montrose Blvd will be segmented into three lanes for the bikers/runners\, southbound traffic\, and northbound traffic. Delays can be expected along streets and roads on the course. The race will be finished around 12:30pm. The Buffalo Triathlon is for newbies and veterans.
