DESCRIPTION:Do you have a great rib recipe? Then you should enter in the Ribfest Competition. Cost to enter is $75 per team. Huikko's will provide the meat. Ribfest teams can start cooking at 8 a.m. There are 6 possible chances to win prize money. \n\n\n\nStarting at 4 pm until 8 p.m The Fugitives will be performing on the outside patio.\n\n\n\nThe buffet opens at 4:30 which will include BBQ ribs\, pulled pork\, potato salad\, baked beans and coleslaw for $13 per person. The buffet will close at 7:30 p.m.\n\n\n\nProceeds will go to Monticello Mavericks Special Olympics!
